Stage 06 · Subscriptions and store
Subscriptions, prices and RevenueCat, set up in one pass
The store side is where first submissions stall: missing metadata, unpriced products, a StoreKit file that no longer matches. AppFactory sets it up from your spec, shows you the plan, and can run again without changing anything twice.
The job it replaces
Hours of busywork, gone
Doing it by hand
- Clicking through App Store Connect for every product and language
- MISSING_METADATA on a subscription the night before review
- RevenueCat offerings that do not match the store
- Forgetting the subscription disclosure in the description
With AppFactory
- By default, a subscription group with yearly and weekly plans, a 3 day free trial and a yearly offer without a trial
- Local price overrides from the spec
- RevenueCat entitlement, offerings and paywall placements from the same spec
- The disclosure, terms and privacy links added in every language
What the agent does
Step by step
Create the app record
It registers the bundle id with its capabilities, then creates the App Store Connect app under the first free name from your list.
Plan, check, apply
A plan works offline. A check reads the live store and shows what would change and anything that contradicts your spec. Apply writes only what is missing, so a second run changes nothing.
Every product, in order
Each product gets its localization, availability, price and intro offer in the order App Store Connect accepts, with names and descriptions in many languages at once.
RevenueCat
The app, its products, the premium entitlement, the offerings with their packages and the public SDK key, set up so a second run changes nothing.
StoreKit that matches
The local StoreKit configuration is generated from the same spec as the store and checked against it, so local test purchases use the same products.
Clear the submission blockers
Content rights, copyright, age rating, the App Review contact, the subscription disclosure with terms and privacy links in every description, and the review screenshot of every subscription.
Know your commission
It reads your sales report to tell whether Apple keeps 15% (Small Business Program) or 30%, and works out the margin of every product.
What you get
At the end of this stage
- Subscriptions priced and localized in App Store Connect
- RevenueCat offerings that match the store
- A StoreKit config that matches both
- No submission blocking field left empty
Where it stops for you
- With approvals on (the default), every write to App Store Connect and RevenueCat waits for your approval. A check first shows exactly what would change.
- Uploading the In-App Purchase key and the App Store Connect API key in the RevenueCat dashboard stays with you.
Every stage, in one purchase
Founding members pay $99 once, every update included. Only 10 seats at this price, then $149.
